Per-kWh schedule with no demand charge — the three TOU rates carry the same bundled value. DTE's filed carve-out admits EV fast-charging stations regardless of the schedule's 1,000 kW restriction until at least mid-2028 (two years after service start for new stations). Rates fold DTE's power-supply and delivery surcharges plus Michigan's 6% sales tax. A rate case is pending, and a scheduled infrastructure-mechanism step raises the bundled rate slightly on 2027-01-01.
