Demand is billed per kW of the site's monthly peak (30-minute measurement). Energy rates bundle the filed base rates with the fuel, environmental, and DSM riders, month-weighted from the seasonal filed schedule. Georgia tax defaults apply on address resolve; Georgia's 2.8¢/kWh charging excise (from 2027) is not yet modeled.
