Xcel's Colorado EV-specific rate for the Denver–Boulder Front Range: separately metered time-of-use energy with a distribution-only demand charge under $5 per kilowatt-month — no ratchet, no window. Figures fold the quarterly fuel adjustment, six fixed per-kWh riders, the percentage bill riders, and Colorado's 2.9% electricity sales tax; the all-in peak-to-off-peak spread runs about two to one. A rate-case order expected in late August 2026 moves these rates, and the library re-derives at the order. Denver's home-rule electricity tax varies by city and is not folded. A fixed monthly service charge is not modeled.
