National Grid's filed EV-specific pricing on the Worcester-area large-service rate: the demand price per kilowatt is one of four filed schedules assigned from the site's load factor — from $0 below 5% up to the standard G-3 rate above 15% — with a per-kWh distribution adder on the lower schedules. The model derives the load factor from the projected energy and the billed peak, re-assigning the schedule each model year; the filed version re-assigns every June 1 from trailing billed data. The first-decade discount phase-down is not modeled. Energy figures carry the published August–October 2026 default-supply strip and fold the 6.25% Massachusetts electricity sales tax; the filed adder applies to peak-window energy and the model applies it to all energy, a conservative reading. The default-supply price resets quarterly and the library re-derives each strip.
