The data behind the tools, as spreadsheets

Two CSV files: the 46-tariff utility library that powers the demand-charge lookup and utility rankings, and the 28-state economics profiles the model applies. Both carry source URLs and as-of dates per row. They are free — the form asks for an email so we can see which datasets are in demand.

Which file?

The email is stored with the request so we can see which datasets are in demand. It is not shared or sold.

What is in each file

Utility tariff library (CSV)
Every filed tariff in the library — TOU energy rates, demand-charge structure, blended rate at the model's default mix, effective dates, and source URLs. One row per tariff.
State economics profiles (CSV)
One row per covered state: blended-rate range across its filed tariffs, LCFS credit, per-kWh charging excise, sales-tax and business-property-tax rates the model applies, with as-of dates.

The spreadsheets show the inputs. The model turns them into payback, NPV, IRR, and a 15-year cash flow for a specific address.

ForgeAsset is software, not investment, tax, or legal advice — the data is provided as researched, with sources, and may lag a filing. Verify current terms with each utility and agency before committing capital.
