Terms of Service

Effective: 2026-07-21

ForgeAsset is software, not investment advice. ForgeAsset produces a deterministic financial model from inputs you supply and third-party data we license or cite. You are solely responsible for the investment, business, tax, and legal decisions you make based on the model's output. Consult a licensed CPA, attorney, and any other relevant professional before committing capital.

Accounts

You may create one account per individual or entity. You agree not to share login credentials, scrape the service, or use the AI Analyst for purposes other than analyzing scenarios you own.

Liability cap

ForgeAsset's total cumulative liability arising out of or related to your use of the service is capped at the total fees you paid ForgeAsset in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will ForgeAsset be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in that case the applicable cap is the highest amount permitted by law.

Refunds

Reports and report credits are digital content. A report is delivered the moment it is generated, and delivered reports and used credits are non-refundable. The following are refunded on request to [email protected]: a duplicate or erroneous charge; a charge for which no report was delivered; and a credit pack still entirely unused within 30 days of purchase. Pro subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the account page; access continues to the end of the paid billing period and no partial refunds are issued for the remainder. Plan changes never shorten paid-for access: switching monthly to annual takes effect immediately with credit applied for the unused monthly time, and switching annual to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual period, with annual access continuing until then.

Every report is a model projection computed from user-supplied and documented assumptions, which are shown on the report itself. How a projection compares to later real-world outcomes is not a billing failure and is not a ground for refund.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration is San Francisco, California. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property infringement.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any non-arbitrable dispute is the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to your account address and posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after a revision constitutes acceptance.
